The Li (pronounced 'Lee') Family system has been taught in and around King's Lynn for many years.  The Li Style is a complete System, incorporating Tai Chi, Kung Fu and Chi Shu, and takes many years to learn and as such people wanting a 'quick' martial art will probably find that the Li system will not meet their needs.

However, if you are willing to spend time perfecting your posture, stance, technique, breathing and focus then you will find that the depths of the system will slowly unfold as your knowledge and practice deepen.

The Taoist Arts Organisation within the UK

There are currently many different 'flavours' of the Li system being taught in the UK as a whole, with the head of each system being, at one time, a student of the late Professor Chee Soo.
